Because valuation is one of the key steps in the sale or purchase of a hotel, we provide a valuation of the goodwill and a diagnosis of its commercial performance, as well as an estimate of the value of the actual hotel envelope (analysis of the history of the building, its size, its structure, extension opportunities, the current lease and its compliance with the regulations in force).
